Do all new customers need a deep cleaning?

Most new customers begin with an initial detail cleaning so the home can be brought to a consistent maintenance level. Homes that are already professionally maintained may qualify to begin with recurring service after review.

What happens if my home requires more work than described?

If conditions differ from what was described, we contact you first. Additional time or an adjusted price is never added without communicating with you. See our Cleaning Service Policies for details.

What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A late-cancellation or lockout fee may apply, and any fee is disclosed before your appointment is confirmed.

How should I prepare before the cleaner arrives?

Pick up clothing, toys, and personal belongings when possible, clear the counters and floors you'd like cleaned, secure valuables and documents, make sure water and electricity are working, and share access instructions ahead of time.

Do pets need to be secured?

Pets should be safely secured when necessary. Please tell us about pets, entry instructions, and any behavioral or safety concerns before service.

What services are not provided?

For safety reasons, regular cleaning does not include biohazards, active pest infestations, mold or hoarding remediation, hazardous substances, moving excessively heavy furniture, exterior or unsafe-height work, or work requiring specialty licensing.

What if I am not satisfied with part of the cleaning?

Contact us within 24 hours with details and photos when possible so we can review the concern and have a reasonable opportunity to correct it.

How and when is payment collected?

Payment is due upon receipt unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing. Payment instructions are provided through our approved invoicing system, and approved additional work may be added to the final invoice.
