Purpose of collection
We use your information only to prepare quotes, communicate about your service, schedule and complete appointments, invoice and collect payment, and provide customer support.
Scheduling and payment providers
Your information may be processed by service providers we use for quoting, scheduling, communication, and payments — including ZenMaid for quote requests and scheduling, and Square for invoicing and payments when applicable. These providers process your information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Text and email communications
We may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your quote request, appointment reminders, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply through your carrier.
Marketing opt-out
You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe option in an email, or asking us by phone or email. Service-related messages about a scheduled appointment may still be sent.
Data retention
We keep customer records for as long as they are needed to provide service, maintain business records, and meet legal or tax requirements, then dispose of them.
Information security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold and limit access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not claim absolute security or any certification we have not obtained.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, or where required by law.
Photos
Before-and-after photographs are only used for marketing with customer permission, and we do not display names, addresses, documents, or other identifying information. See our Cleaning Service Policies.
